What Scares Me...

After watching the VP debate last night - it sort of hit me. Neither of these people really are going to make a difference in my life. Neither of the presidential candidates give a rat's ass about me. I struggle to make ends meet, month after month, if I stopped working and just threw in the towel I would get help. If I made bad choices, or ran up credit card debt - I could get help. I have health insurance which denies me services, if I had medicaid or medical I would have better coverage. I don't know if I am middle America, probably a little below that level...I am just tired of hearing the same lame blame game as politicians talk about Main Street as if Main Street even exists anymore. In the small town I grew up in, Main Street is virtually gone. Main Street is extinct in most rural areas, and cities don't have Main Streets.
